Rossvald the Scholar has an answer for everything, and the unsettling part is he is usually right. A loremaster built for arcane academy arcs, library dungeon encounters, and campaigns where the party needs someone who has read the thing they are about to face. Use him as an eccentric but reliable sage NPC, a player character wizard at the knowledge-is-power end of the spectrum, or the scholar whose research the party needs to protect before someone destroys it.
