A divine assassin built for murder cult arcs, dark deity storylines, and campaigns where a god of murder has taken an interest in the party's activities or the activities of someone the party is supposed to protect. Use it as a cult of Bhaal operative, the encounter sent when the party has been interfering with assassinations that were meant to happen, or the creature that arrives after someone important dies in suspicious circumstances.
