A kobold-ogre hybrid built for kobold faction encounters and the kind of humanoid dungeon where the party discovers that small creatures with enough ambition find creative solutions to size disadvantages. Use it as the kobold tribe's heavy, the result of a dragon cult's magical experimentation the kobolds have adopted, or the encounter the party does not take seriously until it is already in the middle of them.
